The Jeju Citrus Expo logo is designed to symbolically represent citrus, the nature of Jeju, and the value of agriculture. The circular element of the logo is shaped like a citrus fruit, symbolizing the natural cycle of Jeju, sustainability, and the convergence of different industries. The square shape surrounding the circle represents the land and sea of Jeju, as well as agriculture, expressing the foundational industries that support the island. The curved form created between the circle and the square forms a triangular shape, evoking the image of the island’s terrain and mountains. This symbolizes Jeju Island itself while also representing the future of Jeju’s industries growing within the cycle of nature. The colors are also inspired by Jeju. The teal color (a combination of blue and green) represents the harmony between Jeju’s sea and land, while the orange color symbolizes Jeju citrus, intuitively conveying the identity of the Expo.
